The SRS designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is conferred by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) to real estate practitioners with advanced professional training essential to representing sellers. The SRS credential is now recognized by NAR and will be populated in your NRDS record as well as on the applicable section of REALTOR.com. SRS Members have a variety of member benefits available to only them.

How to earn the SRS designation:

• Successfully complete the two-day SRS Designation Course
• Fulfill elective requirements
• Maintain membership in both SRS and NAR (or NAR cooperating international association)

How much are the annual membership dues?

The annual dues to maintain your SRS designation are $99. Your first year's membership dues are complimentary. Membership dues are payable on the anniversary of your designation date each year after your first year. You must also continue to be a REALTOR® or REALTOR®–Associate and maintain that membership at the local, state, and national levels (or International membership).
