All students should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to ensure Credit. Per the Real Estate Commission PHOTO ID is required at time of sign in. No student will enter without a photo ID.
NEWS: As of Jan 1, 2013 Paper Certificates will no longer be issued. Instead, CE Credit will be reported directly to the MD Real Estate Commission within one week of class completion.
Refund Policies: Please Read
Full Refunds will be given only with a 72 hour notice of Cancellation from the student. No refunds and no CE credit will be given if a student is not admitted to class due to lateness or failure to attend the full length of the class.
Reschedule/Transfer/No Show Policy:
In the event that a student does not show up for a class or needs to reschedule/ transfer after the 72 hours prior to the class has begun a Store Credit will be issued one time. Should the student need to reschedule a second time the store credit will not apply and full class fee(s) will be due in order to re-register. Store Credits cannot be applied during a special promotion and cannot be used for online courses.
Snow/Inclement Weather Policy.
In the event of cancellation of classes due to inclement weather the courses will be rescheduled to a future date and if necessary students would be eligible for a full refund. Please follow local community college closings for reference or call 443-223-7500.
Pre-registration and Walk In Registration.
Pre-Registrations can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as soon as a class is made available on our calendar. Pre-Registrations will close 3pm the business day prior to a scheduled class and at that time will only be available for Walk In Registrations. Walk In's must be at the class no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to ensure that a Registration form is filled out and payment is made. An additional $10.00 registration fee applies to any registration made after the Pre-registrations are closed. Credit for Walk in's will be reported to the MD Real Estate Commission within 1 week from the scheduled class.
If a promotion in not taken advantage of after marketing has begun refunds for the difference will not be made after the standard 72 hour refund policy has expired. If a customer pays full price for a course or courses during a promotional period only a store credit for the difference may be given.
